Upgrade your API application

Here you will find step by step instructions on how to upgrade your application.

NOTE: If you are a PostNord Developer, please send an email to api.support@postnord.com for instructions.

1. Sign in

Sign in on https://developer.postnord.com/login with username or email and your password.


2. Choose application to upgrade

When logged in, you can find your current applications listed on the start page. On the right hand side is a button with an arrow up. Click the button to see the other available plans.


3. Plan Overview - See what plans you can change or upgrade to

On the plan overview page you can see what plans you currently have and what other plans are available for you.

4. Upgrade from old plan (Basic plan, Large plan etc.) to Premium plan


4.1 In the plan overview you can see the option to upgrade to Premium Plan or Free Plan. If you want to upgrade to Premium click the "Upgrade to Premium plan" button.

4.2 If you see the (?) it means you will need to update your account information with a Company Organisation number and a PostNord Account Number before being able to upgrade. Click the button to be redirected to account update.


4.3.1 If you are a current PostNord customer: Fill in the account details form and make sure you have a PostNord Account Number Organisation Number. Save the form.


4.3.2 If you are a third party developer: Check the checkbox at the top. Fill in your organisation number and save the form. You will later receive an email with a PostNord account number. Then repeat the steps from 4.1 to 4.6.


4.4 Return to the Plan overview. When you click "Choose new plan" you will see a popup window for changing plan.


4.5 Click the "Premium Plan" under "Other Plans and then "Change Plan"


4.6 When plan change is successful you will se this notification on the top of the page.


5. Change from old plan (Basic plan, Large plan etc.) to Free plan


5.1 In the plan overview you can see the option to upgrade to Premium Plan or Free Plan. If you want to upgrade to Free check the "I accept the Terms and Conditions" and then click "Change to Free plan" button.

5.2 Click the "Free Plan" under "Other Plans and then "Change Plan"


5.3 When plan change is successful you will se this notification on the top of the page.


6. Upgrade Free plan to Premium plan


6.1 In the plan overview you can see the option to upgrade to Premium Plan. If you want to upgrade click the "Upgrade to Premium plan" button.

6.2 If you see the (?) it means you will need to update your account information with a Company Organisation number and a PostNord Account Number before being able to upgrade. Click the button to be redirected to account update.

6.3.1 If you are a current PostNord customer: Fill in the account details form and make sure you have a PostNord Account Number Organisation Number. Save the form.


6.3.2 If you are a third party developer: Check the checkbox at the top. Fill in your organisation number and save the form. You will later receive an email with a PostNord account number. Then repeat the steps from 6.1 to 6.6.


6.4 Return to the Plan overview. When you click "Upgrade to Premium plan" you will see a popup window for changing plan.


6.5 Click the "Premium Plan" under "Other Plans and then "Change Plan"


6.6 When plan change is successful you will se this notification on the top of the page.
